Retail Pro Technical Support Representative (NYC office)
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2-3 years prior experience with technical helpdesk support.
- BA/BS or higher level degree in related field.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on an independent basis
- Strong, Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel a must.
- Strong hardware/network and software knowledge and skills.
- Knowledge of the Retail Pro system a plus, knowledge of foreign language a plus. Must be able to work well as part of a team and on an independent basis.
